This document confirms that:

  • The partner agent will receive 1.25% commission on the property introduced, upon exchange of contracts.
  • Connect UK Auctions will provide updates to the partner agent with regards to interest levels and expectations.
  • The partner agent will receive pre-auction offers. These levels should be noted with regards to any potential amendment of the reserve price.
  • The vendor has signed Connect UK Auctions’ Terms of Business to officially instruct the sale of their property.
  • Guide and reserve prices will be decided by Connect UK Auctions and agreed by the vendor.
